“Somewhere in my youth or childhood
I must have done something good.”
There is truth in old songs, different times, distant lives...
I do not know what I ever did to deserve such blessing!
Suffering and weary, I came home to great Arunachala,
I traded my rags of ego for the treasure of Self.
I offered the mite of my existence in humble surrender....
and was welcomed like a son of the house!
With forgiving compassion he took me into the perfection of his
embrace-
Now ,clothed in the fine silks of eternity,
a diadem of infinity upon my brow,
I feast in my father’s hall
like a prince of old!
