Right Namaskar.

O Bhagavan

How may I worship thee,

With true devotion?

With all attention turned within,

Bowing deep before your blessed feet shining in the Heart,

My mind sinks gladly into that ecstatic embrace,

Where your radiant power holds it so tenderly

And dissolves it in your infinite peace.

                             Oh such transcendent joy!                                                                                           

This is my only prayer:

If it takes a thousand lifetimes,                                     

Let me die again and again

in such sweet surrender!

GRACE

               “Guru’s grace is always there. You imagine it is something, somewhere high up in the sky, far away and has to descend. It is really inside you, in your heart, and the moment you effect subsidence or merger of the mind into its source, the grace rushes forth, spouting as from a spring, from within you.” Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi, Day by Day with Bhagavan

Only turn within,

Open the eye of the heart and behold!

This shining grace that is the gift of gifts, treasure of treasures,

Flowing so freely to king and beggar alike,

Blessing every creature great and small with its perfect light,

Letting the blind see and the deaf hear again, healing all pain,

Embracing the lost and the damned and the wretched in its compassion,

Turning all it touches into sacred harmony.

O dive in and drink deep from

This blessed fount

That fills the heart with such ecstatic love,

Washing away all the sorrows and torments of illusion,

dissolving all before it like the last flood

And filling all space and time with infinite, divine bliss!

Be still.

Be this.

Who Are You?

     You are the first-born child of emptiness and energy, zero and infinity.

Stop being the wave; remember you are really the ocean!

You are not this body or this mind: break free of the illusion of limitation.

You are not your name or your form or your story: dig deep into your source!

Your roots are deeper than the earth, your branches embrace all the galaxies.

You are the far-seeing eye, the eater of horizons, you dissolve boundaries and devour time and space.

You are the dreamer who is the source of all dreams, the brush that paints all pictures, the sound that is the creator of all song.

Lightyears cannot measure your dimensions, you are everything and nothing.

Like thread woven into cloth, the Divine is the subtle energy that is the source and the substance of all that is.

There is only One – and you are that One.

So is everyone and everything else, from Brahma to a blade of grass – so drop all the ego-trips.

Let go. Just be.

This is enough.

This is who you really are.

Total Surrender

When you reach that point

Where you can let go of everything,

And stand naked and humble before God

In absolute surrender-

Ask for nothing, want nothing, be nothing!

Say only “ Thy will be done”

and wait in total stillness and silence of mind

with no expectation or doubt or fear,

just bow before the sharp sword of truth

and gladly offer up your head;

Then, and only then, can you enter

The kingdom of heaven.

“Heaven is not a country or a continent; it is a state, a condition within oneself, only experienced when the rhythm is in perfect working order. If one knows this, one realizes that happiness is man's own property. Man is his own enemy: he seeks for happiness in the wrong direction and never finds it. It is a continual illusion. To Lose Myself

I have no words to describe

This sweet delight

That blossoms in the depths of being

And satiates all hungers, quenches all thirsts, banishes all fears ;

This subtle ecstasy

That fills my soul with such a blissful contentment

That I gladly dissolve in its perfect embrace like salt in the sea;

O Lord of love,

So radiant in the Heart,

Embrace me now!

That  I may forever lose myself  in Thee.

Turn within.

Every human being has the Self as the core of being.

Everyone can find it.

Like a stone dropped into a still lake,

 I fell into myself,

Down, down, deep into the depths of silence

Where all form disappears .

Where there are no names left, no words, no meanings,

nor thoughts or feelings,

Deeper and deeper,

Into that ripple-less perfect stillness where it all begins.

Out of  that infinite void, a throbbing truth arises,

A  divine and sacred radiance,

 A conscious, aware bliss that devours all misery,

satisfies all desires, destroys all doubts and questions,

and blossoms into an ecstatic , blessed peace.

This is my immortal and eternal Being,

The source and the substance of everything.

It is yours, too.

Turn within and you can be it.
