Shivoham, Shivoham

“ In a sense, the concept of Self-realisation is a delusion. It is only because people have been under the delusion that the non-Self is the Self and the unreal is the Real, that they have to be weaned out of it by the other delusion called Self-realisation. In truth, the Self is always the Self and there is no such thing as realising it. Who is to realise what and how, when all that exists is the Self and nothing but the Self?” Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharishi.

Can words describe the Self?
Can the wind be set on fire?
Can all the sciences and philosophies capture true understanding of the Real?
Can an arrow shot into the sky pin down endless Space?

The invisible is the source and substance of the visible.
The mysterious void is absolute fullness and perfection.
Smaller than the smallest, yet, greater than the greatest,
The Lord of all creation hides everywhere, in plain sight!

The true teaching is the blessing of your divine Silence.
Your Light shining so radiant in my Heart is the key.
When I let go in total surrender, your Grace stills the tempest of my mind
So that I fall like a raindrop into your infinite ocean of peace.

“The state in which the unbroken experience of existence-consciousness is attained by the still mind alone is Samadhi.” Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi

“I found myself in direct contact with one who had passed beyond the boundaries of the senses and merged permanently with the Absolute Self. I do not need any proof of the divinity of Sri Ramana Maharishi, just as I do not need any proof of the existence of the sun.” Grant Duff, British novelist and poet.
