The Pathless Path

“ Empty yourself of everything; let the mind rest at peace.
The ten thousand things rise and fall and then return to the Source.
Returning to the Source is stillness, which is the Way of Nature.”
Tao Te Ching, Lao Tsu.

Does the bird need a path to fly  across the open sky?
Does the fish need a track to swim through the open sea?
Does the Atman need a path to Brahman so that the jiva becomes the Jnani?
What path can be found, who tries to reach, what is there to be reached, when only the Self exists?
The trackless transformation is just a removal of illusion: the perfect Self shines always!
So throw away all your cleverness, your so-called knowledge, your pride in your virtue and spiritual progress: all just mind-clouds.
Die before you die.
Burn yourself on the pyre of total loving surrender.
Just as the sun is revealed when the wind blows the clouds away,
when this ego-mind dissolves in its own source,
the flame of the Self reveals its eternal and infinite glory.
